Sales Consultant
London, UK

We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join the team working on a prime high development in London selling their luxury apartments. In this role you will consult with the customer to investigate their requirements for the property and present them with the options that exceed their needs all the time providing them with a world class service. They are seeking an experienced and passionate sales professional who ideally has exposure to the construction / property industry.

Duties include:

  • Conducting viewings both in person and virtually
  • Generate potential sales leads by liaising with agents and following up with potential customers
  • Progress reservations through to exchange
  • Ensure all compliance is forms are competed to exchange and liaise with solicitors to ensure there are no delays
  • Attend weekly sales meeting and action new marketing ideas
  • Attend networking events
  • Create and present marketing videos on the development to be sent out on all social channels
  • Build solid relationships with agents

Experience Required:

  • Experienced in customer facing sales roles
  • Experience in selling high end products
  • Construction /property experience is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent relationship building skills and questioning techniques
  • Personable and professional
  • Strong administration and IT skills

Sales Consultant
Oxnard, CA

We are seeking a motivated and self-driven candidate to join our growing agency. We have a system that places you in front of qualified clients so there is no cold calling involved in this position. We have a streamlined lead technology system that generates what you need. The right person for this position will be someone who is self assured, coachable and not afraid to put their best foot forward to reap the best end result.

This position will consist of calling leads, setting appointments and simply meeting with clients to help them pick out the best plan that will fit their budget and meet their needs. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Customer Relationship Manager, Oxnard, CA

We are looking for a customer-oriented and data-driven Customer Relationship Manager to manage the end-to-end life cycle of a customer. This person will ensure that all customer interactions are timely, effective and efficient. The interactions include pre-orders, invoicing, payments, refunds, and response to customer inquiries.

The successful candidate would have keen attention to detail, analytical skills, and great communication skills. Someone experienced in sales, customer service, helpdesk, and billing would be effective in this position. This is a 100% remote position where you will collaborate with distributed team members. This person should be able to work on the Pacific time zone business hours.

What You’ll “Mostly” Do

 

  • Respond (via CRM) to customer inquiries within 24 hours of customer contact
  • Convert leads into opportunities
  • Create sales orders and invoices for customers
  • Provide guidance about orders and billing for customers
  • Properly escalate and track issues
  • Coordinate with Accounting regarding invoices and refunds
  • Resolve helpdesk issues, escalate to technical team for any technical issues
  • Promptly Assign field request to the field team
  • Proactively monitor and maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the customer team’s planning efforts.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for customer team process improvement.
  • Document all interactions with customers
  • Ensure that you meet KPIs and goals are aligned to company OKRs.
  • Continuously learn customer service and sales best practices
  • Make outbound outreach (via email) to promote our product
  • Serve as the company’s Ambassador to all customers.
